If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by USPS, we will cover reshipping costs of the goods. Send us an email with your name and order number. We will always reship using the shipping speed chosen at checkout.
If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call USPS and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number.
We accept Credit, Debit, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp and cash. If you'd like to use Venmo or Cashapp you must select that option during checkout, complete your order, and then, using the address provided in the checkout procedure, send your payment via your external app. Both the order and payment must be received in advance or your order will be delayed.
Cash:
If you'd like to pay with cash, you must complete your order by selecting Cashapp or Venmo, but instead of submitting payment via one those apps, you'd instead deliver cash. Please call for the address and make payment in advance.
If you have a larger order, or one that is a tax-except GPC purchase, you may receive an emailed invoice to process payment outside of the website. All such invoices are processed via a traditional payment processor (not PayPal). This is important for government purchases, as there are Army regulations discouraging the processing of large tax exempt purchases via PayPal (because of seller protections). In order to make payment on such invoices simply press the "Pay Now" button on the invoice and fill out the online form.
