Did we make a mistake? If there was an error printing of your shirts or the packaging of your order, we will do whatever it takes to make sure that you receive the correct item.
We do not accept return or exchange of shirts unless the items are defective. If you've accidentally ordered the wrong size shirts you may request an exchange provided that those other sizes are in-stock or the items are planned for restocking.
All items must be returned in an unworn/new state.
If you need to send the shirt back to us for a refund or exchange it's easy! Please contact us through the chat window, via email, by text message (to the main phone number) or by phone and we will be happy to assist you in getting the wrong order back to us. *You must put your shirts in a bag that either is labelled with or contains clear information regarding your order (when the order was made, the rank, first name, and last name, and the reason for the return.)

If a mistake has been made in the production of your custom product we will make good faith efforts to correct the problem in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable expense. Sometimes products that are needing to be used for time-sensitive events are extremely difficult or impossible to correct prior to such events. This is especially true if the product was being produced on a tight deadline. While Lombard Design will, in such situations, make efforts to correct problems prior to such events, and while we may (at our discretion) provide a partial refund, additional product, or some amount of store credit, *we will not provide a full refund. Partial refund, additional product, or some amount of store credit will depend greatly on the severity and type of situation surrounding the error.
The Proofing Process: Custom products require a proofing process. We go to great lengths to provide highly accurate proofs that eliminate most, if not all, of the mystery surrounding the appearance of the finished product. If you or any agent responsible for your order has approved a proof, and the final product is significantly and qualitatively different from what we have produced, we will make good faith efforts to correct the problem in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable expense. If, however, you or your agent has approved a proof that you discover later to have contained errors (such as a misspelling, or wrong color, or misplacement), Lombard Design will charge you up to the full price to fix the problem if you're requiring the problem be fixed.
Estimated time of completion and late work: The production of custom products can be extremely complicated, involving complex supply chains, difficult design workflows, and other complex variables not directly within the control of Lombard Design and may present a situation that makes accurate estimates as to the length of time it may take to complete a project difficult or impossible. Also, because of the nature of Fort Campbell unit activities, our production capacity can be put under enormous strain. While we take extreme care to source our supplies through only the best companies, and to maintain a high production capacity, sometimes there are issues beyond our reasonable control that may delay the timely completion of your product. By engaging in business with Lombard Design on your custom products, you understand that all agreed upon completion dates are reasonable estimates only.
